It is Place in Main City Of Saharsa Which is in Bihar. The campus covers a 40-Acres which is a large area. sce saharsa offers B.tech in four-stream and has four departments. this college is approved from All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE).

Library and lab both are in a separated building which is surrounded across 10 acres.
both are available for 10 Am to 6 Pm.digitalized libraries are there.
the student must have the library card to visit the library as well as laboratory building.
all department laboratory is available for the same working time

this college has also owned wifi connection including jio wifi.
for any college, wifi plays an important role.in case of this college, it is also applicable.
all the student of this college has own wifi password which is unlimited which is accessible from anywhere in the campus.
many wifi routers are available which keep your phone connected with wifi anywhere in the campus.

(3) Hostel

sce saharsa has own 2 separated boys hostel h1,h2 and girls hostel (GH).

The hostels have their own separated mess. students have to pay the mess charges 2500 monthly.

Electricity and water are available for 24 hours with a backup that is helpful for students.

Hostel charges are very low 70 % charges is to be paid through Bihar government and rest 30 % is payable from the student side.

(4) Computer Lab

the college has also a computer lab in which students are free to learn from 10:00 A.M to 5:00 PM. In Computer lab, all the basic equipment are available like air-condition machine(A.c), Internet in full speed up to 5 Mbps, ethernet cable for smooth internet experience, wifi for a wireless network, and CCTV cameras.

There are almost more than 100 monitors in the lab for work. The lab environment is student-friendly that helps a lot for a student.
sce saharsa has also an electric generator that is used in case light is not available.
almost 24 hour light is available that plays an important role in this college.

(5)Lifts

all the building has also lift to travel one floor to another floor. the lifts are in the full maintained mode it is maintained by the college from time to time. it is available for 24 hour .

sce saharsa also have a playground which is used for play games like cricket, football, kabaddi and so on. which is maintained time to time by the sports department of this college.

Each and every year there is a tournament which is for cricket lover and is organised by college known as EPL(engineering premier league) in which many teams take participate.
the team who wins the tournament get rewarded with a trophy and so many prizes.

(7) Canteen

Canteen of this college is available for the student for 6:00 Am to 10:00 Pm. Almost all the product which is used in our daily life is available and the environment of canteen of this college is excellent. The canteen of this college has excellent service.

the campus is totally ragging free .its a ragging free campus there is a specialized department are there for ragging. In case any student is found to do ragging Aicte takes strict action against those students. ragging environment is normal. Students Celebrate college annual festival each year and all other colleges parties like a fresher party, the farewell party so on.
